kris, how are you doing now? a bit more positive i hope? remember its better to know these things than to not know them, as it empowers us! now you can be proactive. we all have our ills, our aches and pains, i know its scary but its part of life. its about learning how to react in a positive manner and not let these types of things get us down. hope you get your new breathing mask and that you get used to it very soon. you will have a whole new aspect of life onceyou get your proper rest!

@ichbinkeinberliner Yeah, having fibromyalgia I know I should have a sleep study and it’s more likely to be central sleep apnea than obstructive so I’m not sure how that would sound but I thought I would record myself (just audio) to see if I stop breathing and I didn’t but I’m going to do it again as I feel I need evidence before I go to the doctor. With my dad it’s very obvious that he has it you see.

Hang in there Kristen. My husband has slept well with his C-PAP for about 13 years now. It really makes a difference for him. It can also help you with your weight loss once you get it.

@Julsinmaine101 YES! you should totally get tested! the testing doesn’t hurt at all, it is just a little irritating. It could seriously impact your life and ability to live if you have this…get tested! It can’t hurt! 🙂
