I have woken up on …
I have woken up on several times lately in the middle of my sleep GASPING for air, as I standing up out of bed going HGGGRRRRR trying to pull a breath in. At first I used to kick the bed to wake my wife to call 911 if I couldnt get my breath, but now I have learned if I stay calm when it happens and SLOWLY breath in thru my nose, I can catch my breath. Is this Sleep Apnea?? I ask cause I have scoliosis and my chiroprator thinks its pinched nerves for my lung “hairs” tricking my into thinking it.
