I’ve only used it twice, but in both instances I didn’t fight with my pillow, and I didn’t wake up when I changed positions. I’ve used a cpap machine for at least two years now and I can’t imagine sleeping without it, but sometimes I dreaded the thought of fighting for a comfortable position throughout the night. So far this pillow’s construction and comfort have made my life a little more restful. I appreciate the posts of fellow shoppers and this is the main reason that I posted, I wanted to return the favor.

5 Weeks Later… I’m still loving my pillow and plan to take it on any vacations. Two suggestions for the manufacturer: 1)Include the option to buy additional pillow cases, it just makes sense, and if anyone has found a source for this particular pillow, please leave a comment, 2) I was unaware that the pillow could be purchased in various sizes, and I didn’t have an option in selecting the size. I received the 4″ pillow size and fortunately it works for me. The information printed on the packaging suggest that you measure the distance from the neck to the end of the shoulder and order: Petite Loft (3″), range of 4″-6″; Standard Loft (4″), range 6″-7″; or High Loft (5″), range 8″ +.

I love this pillow! I was having problems with my normal pillow pushing the mask away from my face and causing leaks. Other comfort pillows are either too large or to heavy to comfortably put your arm under if you sleep on your side. This one is just right! It’s not super hard but not so soft you sink into it. It is a little smaller than a standard pillow so I don’t know if you could use it by itself (I put it ontop of my other flat pillow) and it is perfect! It also comes with it’s own little pillow case which is good because it is oddly shaped. It’s just a great item and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a cpap who likes to sleep on their side.

I bought this for husband who uses a CPAP machine b/c of sleep apnea. He needs the pillow to support his neck, which is sensitive b/c he had a cervical discectomy and fusion surgery about 5 years ago as well. He can sleep comfortably and has no trouble with the machine, either. One suggestion is to buy an extra pillowcase, however. When you need to change the pillowcase, you have to wash it the same day unless you have a spare.
