Oral Appliance Therapy. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has concluded that a first line of treatment for mild to moderate sleep apnea is a custom made mandibular repositioning appliance (MRA).     Good technique in order to help people against snoring and and treating sleep apnea that can turn in something really serious. I think is a good technique because it seems that doesn’t require surgery or pills.
